He added the prediction of the late Founder of the Islamic Republic the late Imam Khomeini on the fallout of the Communist Soviet Union came true in 1991 and the ground was prepared for freedom of Muslims in Central Asia and the Caucasus.
The victory of the Islamic Revolution is celebrated in all Muslim countries across the globe, Tajikistan in particular, Doulatov said.
